The Verdala Youth Hostel is situated in the green area of Buskett, the largest wooded area of the island of Malta. It can accomodate groups of up to 35, plus leader. There are three dormitories, two leaders' rooms, two sets of showers+toilets, a kitchen fully equipped with catering-size oven, refrigerators etc, a large hall and a large yard and roof.
NOTE: Verdala Youth Hostel is not currently accepting bookings from individuals but only from groups.
Verdala Youth Hostel is within walking distance of several places of interest, such as Buskett itself, Dingli Cliffs, Dingli, The previous capital Mdina (the Silent City), and Rabat. Also within easy reach are shops selling all everyday requirements. Buses also pass very close to the hostel, and there's a very good restaurant about 10 minutes walking distance.
Prior booking is highly recommended, especially during the summer season. Groups can opt to do their own cooking and cleaning, or can make arrangements for these when booking. Arrangements can also be made for transport, etc.
